I haven't used this specific product, but any of Neutrogena's skincare products have worked wonders on me. I'll never use anything else.

I'll try it for a little longer & I know what you mean about the smell and when I put it on , it burned , like a painful burn for 5 seconds! So I'm pretty sure it is heavily medicated.. I just hope I see results.. Thanks jacqlyn!
