Hi, I have sensitive eyes and lately it seems that every time I put on eyeliner my eyes and the skin around starts to get very red and itchy. What should I do?

Almay is cheap and hypo allergenic! I have a lot of allergies if you want to know anymore hypo allergenic products just let me know! Lol
