My friends hair is soft when she in the washroom taking a shower but when she comes out it a different situation it ruff and it has some Nots and we been trying many oils and nothing been working so far !! So if you guys know anything that helps please let us know :)

Use a hair mask

jojoba oil. put it in at night and wash it out in the morning. also switch to a cleansing conditioner like WEN and try a moisturizing hair mask once a week
