These are two totally different foundations so it depends on what you are looking for. The chanel is a water based lighter dewy coverage that is best applied with the fingers. It is a second skin type of foundation that makes the skin have a natural look. The Lancôme foundation is a velvety matte foundation with a lot more coverage. Hope this helps!

I use Lancome now and I absolutely love it!! the velvet finish is do die for!
