Dermatologist is your best bet. Find a suitable cleanser ( I suggest starting with Philosophy's cleanser if you have sensitive or dry skin and Neutrogena if you have oily or normal skid) moisturise after using it. This step is essential as when you skip moisturising to " reduce oiliness" your skin actually produces more oils! Exfoliate twice a week and use a face mask at least once. I recommend cleansing in the shower as the steam really opens up your pores. Use The Body Shop's Tea Tree skin clearing lotion before bed. For even a deeper cleansing, pour boiling water in a bowl, and position yourself so that your head is above the bowl. Throw a towel over your head so that the bowl, as well as your head, are trapped under it. Keep at it for 15 minutes, then use a cleanser immediately and then slide an ice cube all over your face to close up your pores. Follow with a moisturiser. Do not do this more than once a week.

Visit a derm. Everyone has a different skin type & you're derm can figure out in just a sec what's good for you. Also, try a healty lifestyle. Get a healthy diet, drink 1l water a day and excercise on regular base. You'll feel and look great! Good luck. :)
