The lemon on that list is in such a minute quantity that it is unlikely to cause problems. Beeswax can cause allergic reactions in pollen-sensitive individuals, but then again so can a lot of those fruit/plant extracts. In general none of those ingredients should cause a problem, but always do a patch test before use if you are worried about a new product causing a reaction.
