I usually make sure I wash my face everyday I use marykay acne cleanser at night it removes make up too and clean and clear in the morning I haven't had any problems with acne. But with the marykay make sure to get a good moisturizer it tends to dry out skin but it leaves it flawless as far as blemishes. There's also this gel acne stuff from marykay and I use a little dab on the blemish and it goes away with in a few days. But that's just what works for my skin awayways :P
