Hello lovely people,
I'm dying to have neon eyeliners, eyeshadows, etc.. But I don't know where I could find it. I've seen pictures where girls are rocking neon yellow, coral, pink or orange eyeliners.
This is absolutely stunning, I need this in my life!
Thanks <3

I have the urban decay electric pallet that has neon colors in it but I've also heard great things about sleek eye shadows and I'm not sure about eye liners you could wet a small angled brush and use the eye shadows as eye liner I'm sorry I wish I could help more.

Sugarpill, which is sold here on BL, has neon pigments.
There's also the UD Electric palette.

If you go for the Electric palette, be aware that four of the colors are not approved for safe use around the eyes.
Many neon pigments are not allowed by the USA FDA because they are potential irritants (especially reds/pinks). The Sleek Acid palette is not sold here directly by the company for that reason (though you can purchase from a third party on Amazon).
One trick I have is to use a white liner, then use an angle brush and pack eyeshadow on top to make whatever color I need. You can also do those gradient or rainbow liner looks this way. :)
