I use a thing from the doctor but I've got that too with the make up thing, and I think its because your face gets more air like the pories (if you call it like that in english, I'm sorry) and then you get more break outs. And I think there can be more bactiers on your face when you arent wearing makeup. I'm sorry for my horrible english sometimes. Hope it helps a little 🙈

Make sure you are protected against the sun. You don't want to get scars if you have break outs. Could it be, that you touch your face more when you don't wear any make up? Hands are pretty dirty, even if you wash them a lot lol! You can make a honey mask with cinnamon powder. Honey kills the bacteria that causes acne. So that's a natural remedy. But is it gets too serious, you should go to the dermatologist. Hope this helped.
