Ok, I've always put powder on over my foundation, does it make a difference?

I mix super pigmented concealers with a silicone primer and an illuminating primer to get an easily-spread, dewy, and pigmented foundation. set everything with powder and use a setting spray to keep it looking fresh. always always always use a touch of highlighting powder and/or cheek color to give some depth! and spf always(:

Only use 100% cotton on your face and never tug at the delicate eye area.

Oh, I'm pretty sure Hailey meant put loose translucent powder UNDER your foundation/shadow. Its a really great trick. If its not loose, it'll look clay when you out on foundation. If you put it under foundation and over primer, I assure you, your makeup will stay on beautifully the whole entire day and longer.
My beauty trick is oil cleansing and oil pulling. Love it! So simple yet so effective at removing blackheads, break outs, dry patches, or oily t zone (basically evening out the whole skint one and complexion). Oil pulling gets rid of bacteria fromvbody and bad breath! :)
