I had a very clean skin earlier but these days I am having tiny pimples on my cheek... what to do?

Salicylic acid & benzoyl peroxide are good to put on pimples. some at home remedies are ice, honey, peppermint oil, aspirin & water paste, tea tree oil, & baking soda & water paste.

Pimples on your cheek means that your pillow case is dirty, try changing it twice a week and you'll see a difference!
