I have no clue what that means. Can you post an example of what that is? I've never heard that phrase used in the context of interior design...

There are many different 'tumblr rooms'. You have your frilly and pink rooms, Lolita fashion inspired rooms, anime rooms, band lovers, etc. It's mostly taking what you like and rolling with it from the looks of it.
