I'm not sure, but Symone is always great with suggestions for women of color. Hopefully she'll see this. Have you searched on YouTube for any tutorials?

Without seeing a clear pic of your skintone its kinda hard for me to give you the right product mix. I contour from time to time but its not a full face contour. Just enough to bring out my cheekbones. I use a kit from Mally in the shade Deep. Kevin Aucoin also has a contour powder as well that is awesome. The key is choosing a contour powder with a grey undertone as you are needing to create a natural looking shadow on the face. It shouldnt be so noticeable that it looks like an runway strip. Highlight powder...I personally use Hourglass Ambient Lighting powder in luminous light. Or the one in the Mally contour kit. Applied along the cheekbones ever so lightly and blended out with a small stippling brush...beautiful. Pop of blush goes on the apple of the cheeks (also making sure it is blended out so it doesn't look like you have signal lights on your face). I'm an NC45 for reference.

There are two people on YouTube that have pretty good tutorials. Jamaican makeup artist and beat face honey is another. Search contouring again on YouTube there are a few more I have seen but I can't think of their name at the moment.

You are gorgeous Zumealer BKA Mea M!! You are a lil darker than me so the Kevin Aucoin Contour powder will suit you just fine along with the Anastasia Contour and Highlight palette (Beautylish carries the Kevin Aucoin palette). And Sephora carries Anastasia.
