Yes if your looking for cheaper brushes with good quality, go with eco tools and elf. but my favourite ones are the real technique ones.

I know eco tools have an eye set but the one that I have doesn't really have eye brushes I would use often like in my opinion it was such a random bunch of eye brushes thrown together (they might have more than one though) the quality is okay not the worst I've had but not the greatest either. I liked real techniques better and they are still very affordable.

ELF has some great eye brushes in their studio line.
Coastal Scents also makes some great ones, but I'd stick to the natural bristled ones rather than synthetic. Their synthetic eye brushes (at least the few I have) are scratchy.
As for Real Techniques, I don't care for their eye brushes at all. Love their face brushes though.

I suggest invest in some good ones, like buy one or two every week until you have all the ones you need or want. I have spent so much on elf brushes and half of them fell apart. I love ecotools and they aren't really that expensive. Also, I don't own any, but I recently worked with the bh cosmetics brush set and I actually thought they where pretty nice.
