My hair ends are splitting alot! Seriously! I trim my hair every 3 months but my ends are still unhealthy and split! I don't know what to do! Anyone got good advice?

Tresseme makes this really good shampoo and conditioner for split ends.

try an olive oil & aloe place on scalp and then work the mixture down to the ends. next place a warm towel on you head and wrap. leave on for about 10-15 minutes and wash hair.

Take a break from heat styling. Letting hair be a natural as possible reduces splitting.

Put honey and olive oil on our hair. It really has helped me. I had the same prob from always dying and straightening my hair. It is a little sticky so cover it with a bag!! I usually leave it for 30 mins and rinse with cool water
