I've heard that the scalp gets very dried around this times of the year, and there is not much to do to it since I have curly hair what is the best thing to put on it to look nice yet taken care of it

When I do my coconut oil treatments, I run it through my hair, put my hair in a bun on top of my head, and sleep in a knit(fabric, not knitted yarn) beanie! I sleep on top of my least favorite pillow case(which is very dark). Wearing a hat is a lot more comfortable than shower caps, towels wrapped around your head, or wrapping the pillow with anything bulky. I also use a knit hat because it is easy to throw in the wash, unlike any actually knitted, yarn type hat, and it won't get ruined the way wrapping your head in a scarf might.
I also do my coconut oil treatments on Thursday night since I always wash my sheets on Fridays, so in case it gets messy, I can take care of it on laundry day!
