I have had a horrible experience with their brushes! I got the HD set & a white & blue synthetic set and they border on unusable! I guess I just chose the wrong ones so don't buy either of those!

I had bought the pink 12 pc set from HauteLook a few months ago. And I'm not impressed =/ all the brushes seemed hard. I use the eyeshadow shader brush and lip brush as a concealer brushes. So I guess I got a few concealer brushes out of the $25 some dollars I spent =\

I love Sedona Lace brushes, but if they are out of your price range, Elf has some really good ones from the studio line. I love the eyeshadow brush, the kabuki brush is amazing, the flat top powder brush is also great. I have at least 2 of each lol. I haven't tried them, but I hear Real Techniques brushes are great as well and you can find those at Ulta. Hope this helps!!

Eco Tools had a WONDERFULLY soft powder brush, it's fairly inexpensive and can be bought at drugstores... I also really like the Essence of Beauty foundation/concealer brush from CVS. I know it's expensive, but the MAC 217 is an AWESOME undereye concealer brush, but crown brushes have a very similar one that works just as well. Go to coastalscents.com also!! They actually sell crown brushes but they're very cheap. I've had good luck with mine!

I have tons of their brushes. Just so your best to stay away from synthetic. Those are the ones I really didn't like.

I got a brush kit from them, the one that come in a black faux snake skin roll, and th only on I use from there is the mini-smudger brush. ALL the others were quite scratchy, specially the tapered eye blending brush with black hair. I also got the duo fiber brush from the studio line, an it was wayyyyy too flimsy to b good for anything.

They're okay, I got a double ended set and while I do like them, I don't think they're the best. The synthetic ones a little stiff and scratchy, and the natural hair ones are softer but almost too flimsy for my taste. I've only ever tried their eye brushes though, so perhaps their face brushes are better. I do think they're pretty good for the price.

Yeah, I did mean for the price they are good brushes... Not many go over 5 dollars.... Obviously I'd rather recommend Sigma and Real Technique, and I don't know about anyone else, but a brush set for 50 dollars isn't exactly in my price range at the moment.... Another brand with better quality, and a low price are Sonia Kashuk at Target.
