Gonna make a trip to sephora this weekend and I'm looking for a powder foundation that won't break me out and has pretty good coverage. I do have some acne scars and am looking to just use this powder as my foundation not only as a light setting powder.

I know this isn't high end but the physicians formula mineral wear pressed powder foundation is really full coverage and doesn't oxidize. It has a natural matte finish and lightweight I love it.

It's medium coverage, and very air brushed like. I don't use a concealer for it unless I want full coverage - but even then it's enough to cover my blemishes.
I personally prefer this over BareMinerals, it doesn't contain any comedogenic or irritating ingredients. I would take a before & after pic but there's no reason for me to wear make up at the moment! ♥

@ kitty thanks so much! I have some medium scarring so I hope it will cover those. how is it with oil control though?

No problem, Melanie ☺
It should cover scarring, it's more blendable than bareminerals so you can layer it for full cover. Powder foundations are usually better for oilier skin types - I would check out the reviews on their website as I have dry skin http://tartecosmetics.com/tarte-item-Amazonian-clay-full-coverage-airbrush-foundation
