MAC Face & Body foundation wrong match.

I went to MAC today and asked to get matched for the F&B foundation. I have a very cool undertone and wear NW20 In their pro longwear foundation, the lady matched me with C2 which seems pretty yellow looking.
How did she get my undertone wrong? It's pretty obvious.
She also matched me to NC20 in the pro-longwear concealer...
Should I return them for cooler undertones? Like I'm used to.. Or is yellow supposed to help cancel out red in my face. I'm so lost

Also** afterwards I used "Findation".com which matched me with mac face and body shade N1.

I've recently had bad matches with f&b. I usually wear nc30 and was matched with c3. I think the undertone is correct but shade was too dark and orangey.

I'm going back for C2. Maybe N1 will be a better match, get rematched and get a few samples (:

It sounds like she got your undertone wrong if you're sure you're cool. I'm warm undertoned and I wear the c3 for f&b and nc25 I think in pro longwear concealer. I would go back and try the n1.

Thanks ladies, I decided I'm going to go back today and exchange them both.
I don't understand how she got my under tone wrong smh
