I wash my hands with soap, then I put on a little hand cream. and if its very bad I use a tiny little bit of translucent powder. :) I have quite sweaty hands too... :/

You can actually get botox for therapeutic use for hyperhydrosis. And because it is a medical condition in some cases (depending on your health plan) you can get it mostly, if not completely paid for. I personally get it in my underarms but it is very common to get in done in the hands and feet. Worth looking into!

The only thing that really helps with hyperhidrosis is going to the doctor and getting a topical treatment or as Kathryn mentioned botox as long term solutions. Hope that helps. :)
