I have a no buy with spending rules. For example, I am only allowed to buy two things a month beauty related and the total must not exceed $60. That way if I buy something I don't go 'oh I broke my no buy anyway so might as well buy that palette to'.
The only exceptions are for things like skincare and if I run out of eyeliner or mascara, which I shouldn't.

I feel so bad especially since I'm on welfare at the moment till I find a new job but I tend to buy something beauty/make up related every time I get paid fortnightly. This week is my last week of buying things I don't need badly.

Hahaha I've tried so many times to do a no buy but then after a trip to Sephora or Ulta I remember after I bought everything:P The longest intentional no buy I've had was like 2 weeks!:P.

Lol mine's already 3+ months due to shear poorness XD that and I usually buy my products in huge hauls. My last haul was in January.
My monetary situation sucks though as my roommate buys palette after palette and lords them over me D':
Considering breaking it for a small limited edition eyeshadow I saw in the most gorgeous pink!! So cute and not THAT pricey ❤️
