I wish I knew and could help. Perhaps it was the developer you used that caused bleeding upon washing. My colors never bleed. :/

Yea unfortunately you'll have to bleach again..or buy new ones if you're worried about damage.

Try using washing up liquid? Fairy washing up liquid strips the colour out, I've done this before on my own hair when I've dyed it pink and wanted to strip the colour and it works :) Saves you money buying bleach and it won't damage the hair :)

I agree dish soap could help, but it doesn't help permanent dye. Not enough to make a difference anyways. You could try it, but I always do it when I'm fading my veggie dyes and I have little bits of black on my ends where it used to be a peek a boo, and it's never lightened it.
