Target I'd say has the largest collection. Or ulta which has a mix of high end and drug store.

Ulta is definitely the best place to get all the drugstore makeup because they ALWAYS have sales like buy one get one half off on maybelline, covergirl, revlon, etc. and they have the $3.50 off $10 purchase.

Ulta has a very wide selection of drug store and high end. My next suggestion is Target, Walmart, or your local AA Beauty Supply stores.

My Target is always low on stock. I'd check Ulta as well. They usually have sale offers.

Rozberry my target is always low on stock as well, I used to work there and whenever I would wanna pick up makeup I needed, they NEVER had it and wouldnt re stock it for the longest time lol. I think target is getting a lot better though.

If you want the lowest price, Walmart! I've gotten thing there for two, three, four dollars off the retail price. If you want a great variety, try Target, like the other ladies said! Ulta is great too!

Allison, they really move the product, which means you won't get old stock, but it is quite frustrating. :/
Isabel, I agree on Walmart. I'm not a big fan of the store, but they do have some good bargains...plus they carry Drew Barrymore's Flower Line.

To me it's sort of between target and kmart. Target has NYX now but I noticed Kmart carries like all the lipsticks from the Megalast line by Wet N Wild. I couldn't find Pinkerbell or pink sugar at any other store but kmart. Not as many brands but more products from the brands they offer.
