Hey girls! I was this outfit to my school MORP (Prom backwards) it was crazy!

How can I tone it down to make it a cute outfit? The shorts are my favorite thing ever (:

Take out the tights, change the shirt to a plain black or white vest top. You want the shorts to be centre stage.
