Yes you should incorporate a Vitamin C serum or Retinol or Peptide serum into your skincare routine they penetrate deeper and faster and have more beneficial ingredients for ant aging I like Isomers C stem serum,Dr graf deep wrinkle serum, and Roc retinol

I use lushes full of grace solid facial serum. its got antioxidant Portobello mushrooms to help keep free radicals off the skin along with calamine powder to help soothe red sensitive areas and rose oil to balance. its about $16 and lasts me about 5 months using it twice a day. its the little pink petal shaped bar.

Hello, Mhairi!
I would also suggest that you checkout the Paula's Choice serums, if you're looking for products that won't break the bank. They have a vitamin c serum that is virtually indistinguishable from the Skinceuticals vitamin c serum, but only costs $45 bucks. I also use the Paula's Choice Resist Retinol Serum at night. It's got lots of antioxidants in it along with the retinol and I believe it sells for about $35.

Mhairi, the bha exfoliants from PC are great, I have the 2% bha gel that I use nightly. Elizabeth mentioned it in a thread a few months back which sealed the deal for me. It's really helped w/ the blackheads on my nose & overall look of my skin.

Whichever Vitamin C serum you choose, look for one containing ascorbic acid. Surprisingly, many do not. That's going to give you the most bang for your buck.
