Are you staying hydrated? I'm pretty sure that has something to do with the under eye area.

I'm sorry to hear that the appearance of your eyes is making you feel self-conscious:(. I found the tip below online.)
Wearing makeup won't make you look older UNLESS you don't properly remove the makeup from your skin. The makeup doesn't allow your skin to breath and can damage your skin as well as cause premature aging.
You should be fine as you do take off your makeup every night. You should also have some days where you go natural so you can let your skin breathe.
So pretty much, just be careful about how you remove your makeup, and don't worry too much about how you look. I know it's easier said than done, but it's better to spend your life carefree and happy than in constant worry.

You need to hydrate the area. Try a natural oil like Sweet Almond or Jojoba Oil. You can use a clear, caffeinated undereye roller to reduce puffing. CVS has one that is great and inexpensive. To brighten and firm, Lumene makes a great affordable eye treatment that brightens. Those are all inexpensive options that are easily accessible. Green Tea is naturally reduces inflammation so when you're done having a cup, place the teabag on each eye for a few minutes. :)
