I love tattoos on both boys and girls! make sure you get something that means something to you and not just for show, because you may end up hating it, and I personally prefer tattoos with meaning because they can have a good story when people ask you why you got it instead of just, "I just got it"

I think every tattoo should be meaningful. If it's meaningful you won't regret it in the future, but if it's something that's cool right now it probably won't be cool in 10 years. I have one & it's meaningful & I plan on getting more meaningful ones for sure! I think anyone can pull off tattoos. As long as it's a good tattoo & done by a professional.

I have my whole chest and upper back done and am in the process of doing my lower back. Every tattoo that I have does mean something to me though and I have a amazing artist. The most important thing is finding an artist that is able to do exactly what you want. I have them pictured in my profile if you would like to see (:

I love tattoos. I currently have five and am planning the next two. For me, they have to have some significance. Definitely be sure it's something you really want to do and that you can live with. Do your research on the design and the artist you go to. Tattoos aren't for everyone but if you want to do it then go for it.

I love them, and who cares if other people don't like them, if it means something to you then nobody else matters.

I have one tattoo and I wish I didn't get it done. It's not relevant to where or who I am in my life and would remove it. I like seeing people who don't have them now, I (and this is not to offend or sway anyone to have to think the same as me) find it more elegant with non inked skin. There's a naivety and purity about it. X.

I love to see tattoos on other people (I mean when they have their whole body inked). I love how it looks, and I respect these people and I would never judge them by how they look. I really think that is cool, and if you want them you should deffinetely get them. Tatoos are some kind of art and they don't need to have meaning everytime. If you find something beautiful, but you don't have some meaning to it, it doesn't matter. You should look up on the internet and maybe you even find their meaning, symbolism or even something cool about that tattoo.

I've always loved tattoos. I knew I wanted one/some but honestly I waited until I was 35 and knew what I wanted and it had meaning to me. I also now know I'm not going to have a career where I have to conceal any. It's hard to get a read on if you are truly uncertain or just without direction. There's lots of great ideas on Pinterest. Have you picked a place on your body? I don't think EVERY tattoo has to have meaning, some I view as a form of permanent jewelry.

I have a small tattoo on the side of my wrist. I think the two most important things regarding getting a tattoo are 1) always get something that actually means something to you. People are going to ask you the meaning behind your tattoo, and you want to be proud when telling them the story behind it, and 2) get it somewhere you can cover it up if you need to. You don't want to lessen your chances of getting a job because you have a tattoo somewhere you can't cover it up x

I have two tattoos that are covered by regular clothing. People are always shocked to find out I have ink but I don't care it's how you feel and what you want! They don't have to live with it you do. If you want it get it! Both of mine have meaning so I know I won't regret it one day just because it was trendy at the time!

I have a few tattoos and although each of mine have meaning and I would not remove them, I see exactly what Cass is saying and there are times I wish I had virgin skin again too...
