There's a billion little things you can do to help your hair grow. First, drink a lot of water and eat healthy, except use daily, take a biotin supplement, massage to scalp to stimulate the hair follicle, wash your hair as little as possible, braid your hair when you sleep, get a good leave in conditioner, never brush your hair when wet, fish oil supplements are great too, definitely do not use any heat, wash out your conditioner in cold water to seal the hair follicle, do weekly hot coconut oil treatments, a dime size of argan oil put into dry hair helps a lot too. There's soooo many things you can do. Healthy hair will grow, so make sure your hair is really healthy and you'll see results. :)

Sometimes hair won't grow due to heredity but try what Jordan said they are all great things to stimulate growth :) oh also try to de-stress , stress will stop growth & cause hair to fall out.

I love these tips. I hear trimming your split ends help but I'm so OCD I end up lopping my hair off.

There are heaps of ways ! My hair is down to my belly button now, for me I have thick hair, get your dead ends cut off every couple of months, especially if you straighten your hair. If u do cut down to atleaste 1-2 times a week. There are lots of products out there aswell, take care like brushing and using things like Moroccan oil makes your hair feel gorgeous, hope I helped :)

I have rarely been using heat for about a month desperately trying to get longer hair, and around the age of 9 it was down to my hips so I don't get the problem here!! :(

your hair is CONSTANTLY craving water so obviously soak your hair in water for as lont as you like. you can also French braid your hair and that makes your hair go into the growing stage because it is constantly pulling. hope it helps! xoxo
