I'm used to see someone with wig (a friend of mine has alopecia which cause hair loss and wears them all the time!
if they are placed adequately, it is hard to notice!
and as for what people you know might say, if they are important to you, they probably already know the cause of you wanting to wear wig, and if they don't well my view is that their opinion doesn't matter!
as long as you like it and that you are comfortable with it, rock it girl!!

Your wigs look really natural and honestly, if I saw you in public I probably wouldn't even know it was a wig. I definitely love how it looks on you, but I say to do whatever makes you comfortable. Maybe you can start out slowly like wearing it to the grocery store and see how you feel in it :)

You look just as pretty to me either way, Jenna. I don't question people wearing wigs as there are many reasons for it. Now if a good friend wore a wig and it looked horribly wrong, I'd say something in a kind way. Not because it's a wig, but because I'd hope she could find something more flattering.

You look WOW in that wig! Definitely wear it, might taje some time to get the hang of it but its definitely worth it on you! And its totally acceptable to wear wigs, a couple my friends do and no one ever finds out. Honestly, since you have thin hair wigs would be safer than extensions cuz the former doesn't tug at the roots. My roomie who has baby fine hair has had quite a struggle herself has had a bad experience with extensions and lives happily with wigs. So if you're trying extensions do a few trials to see how your hair feels wearing them.

As a teen I once wore a wig my grand mother have me from back when this was the fashion. It's beautiful shoulder length hair. I went to meet my friends and family like this and everyone thought it was real, that I just cut my hair. I received lots of compliments, including how bad this very long hair of mine they thought was lol. You might be surprised how people react Jenna. Why don't you start wearing this wig in the city when you walk alone, just to be more confident in it. Then start curling your hair so it looks more like the wig and visit your friends a couple of time. When you show up with the wig, they might even think it's your hair and tell you how beautiful is.
You know we all have different complexes and I've been wishing my hair was straight and thin like yours. I have so many thick hair, I need to spend 1 hour for each shower otherwise I look like a witch and spent the majority of my life looking like one because I just didn't know how to tame it. In my eyes your hair is perfect and I think you should learn to love it as well. Of course this doesn't mean you can't wear wigs, go for it girl! You look amazing with and without!!
