What is the best hair bleach? I'm going to Sally's later and I'm going to dye my hair purple. Is manic panic or ions color brilliance better to use for dye??

Loreal quick blue is great! Any blue bleach counter acts those nasty orange tones and gives a light yellow blonde color! I used it before dying my hair red!
