You know when you wake up the next day from a night of crying and your eyes are all puffy? Why does this happen and how do I get rid of the puffiness?

I get this a lot and I normally just wash my face with a tad bit cooler water and then just throughout the morning it dies down quite a lot

I also heard that putting tea bags on your eyes will reduce puffiness :)

CVS has a clear caffeine under eye roller that works well at reducing puff quickly. If you don't have a CVS, Garnier makes a clear one as well.
