It actually gave me a great medium coverage but could get a tiny bit cakey if you put multiple layers on so I wouldn't say it's buildable to full coverage. If you have oily skin then you should like it, but if you ever get a random dry spot then this is the worst foundation to use because it settles into the dry spots and makes them look extremely flaky. Also, as Jacqlyn said, it has a pink undertone, so be sure to get the right shade. (:
