I'm the same height almost and I wear maxi skirts all the time! They actually make me look taller. You could wear it a bit high waisted with your shirt tucked in or with a cropped top

Definitely! Maxi skirts are one of the few things that I think all shapes and sizes can rock. You can also opt for getting them in a petite size. Or wear a cute pair of wedges to add a few inches to your height! But most importantly, don't let your height limit you in what you wear girly!

I got a maxi skirt at tilly's and it fit perfectly I'm not sure if it was a petit size or what but I'm 5'2". it was only like $12 on clearance so that was nice because I was unsure about it.

I find the skirts easier because you can wear them high waisted, I love them, the problem I have is with maxi dresses. I say defiantly go for it

I'm 5'4 and I find it hard to not find one that doesn't as an dust rag for the floor. I usually get mine at Forever 21 to use a beach coverup. My nicer one's I get from Nordies or Saks and just have them shortened in their alternations dept.

I definitely think shorter girls can pull them off:) I'm almost 5'9 so I have a hard time finding ones long enough lol but my little sister is 5'0 and she looks awesome in them. She has to get her altered like Shelley and it's not crazy $$$ to do😉💕💋

I'm only 5'0 and I got my maxi skirts from WETSEAL and once you wash them once they'll shrink so it'll fit better

I'm 5"10 and some of then are even long on me! Maxis are so perfect for everyone, any shape or size. just get them altered. I live in them (and maxi dresses) all summer long.

I just make sure I wear heels or wedges so it doesn't drag on the floor. Lol I'm 5'3 and I know what you mean.
