How to get clear dewy skin?

My skin isn't covered in acne, but I so have these little skin colored jumps on my cheeks. They're really small, not noticeable but they bug me. My skin is dry and sensitive, so I don't do much to it. There's no glow and I really love the dewy look, how can I achieve that?

^ don't skip powder if you're using a liquid foundation. they need to be set with a powder or else the foundation will begin to "slip" from your body heat & sink into any pores or fine lines.
I use my Benefit Watts Up illuminator on my cheek bones, below my brows, & on my cupids bow to get a dewy look (:

You really get clear glowing skin from skincare ,exfoliating using AHA or a manual exfoliater and vitamin c serum or retinol will help brighten pigmentation also daily Use of spf will help tremendously.

I almost never powder and my make up stays all day. Everyone's skin is different. I agree that skincare, diet and exercise keep that glow going. I'd be sure to exfoliate and incorporate Vitamin C serum into my skin care routine.
