Well as per usual my mum has got more hair dye on my forehead and on the back of my neck than on my hair, is there anyway I can remove this?

I use astringent, but everyone's skin is different. Witch Hazel, Sea Breeze...try something like that.

Use toner or cleanser, works a treat :) my mum dyed my cheek the once haha it was a really runny hair dye so I slapped some toner onto some cotton wool works like magic! Next time when you come to having your hair dyed go around your face and neck with Vaseline.
