The only thing I can contribute to that look is the shimmer. Sonia Kashuk Quad in SHOWSTOPPERS are shimmer tints you apply over any shadow you're wearing.

Sometimes to create harsher lines like that you can use scotch tape on the outer corners, apply your eyeshadow and when you take it off you will have that type of look!
