I'm new to the whole skin at thing and I heard it's really healthy to exfoliate your skin everywhere so how do you exfoliate your skin?

I know you can make your item diy exfoliate but I personally just buy one lol I love the St. Ives exfoliating scrub, I also like the sugar scrubs you can find at bath n body works, and I recently purchashed exfoliating beads from Avon that you simply add to your favorite cleanser.

Just make sure to get a gentle or sensitive one if you're going to use every day but maybe switch to every other day or every few days because it can be rough on your skin or dry it out depending on your skin type :)

Oooh i agree with erica, bath n body works has an amaZING body scrub. My fave is their blak current vanilla sugar scrub. It has nice chunks of sugar and makes you all smooth. But if youre adventurous enough try mixing 1 cup of extra virgin olive oil with sea salt or sugar some essential oils perhaps peppermint and scrub away! Plus home scrubs are totally customizable

I just recently discovered Strivectin-SD Instant Retexturizing Scrub and I looooooove it. Only exfoliate once per week! You can do it twice, but once really should be enough if you properly cleanse your skin daily. I use a Clarisonic and that itself is a daily mild exfoliation. Before I started using the Strivectin, I used sugar in my cleanser and massaged my face with it for a couple of minutes. Exfoliation really doesn't require a $29 product, I just prefer it because it's easier and it smells like peppermint. :)
