I used the coastal scents 88 shimmer pallete for this look and Clinique gel liner, elf shadow primer ☺️ I applied pink for the base color, purple on the inner corner, white in the tear duct, blended purple into the outer corner of my eye, and blended black and grey into the crease and used a white for the brow bone ☺️

Personally I'd use a matte transition color to blend out the stop black and wouldn't use an all over shimmery color for under your brows..it's a too much shimmer eyeshadows in one place

I don't know why but for this look I think the shimmery highlight fits. it is something I never do, but I think it works here.

I have to agree with Makenzie on the shimmery browbone highlight. I tend to thing it downgrades or lessens a look, but it fits this look well and I personally would leave it. Very pretty look! Adore the colors! 😍😘💕
