Yes definitely!
I normally do this when I go to uni, I just cover up some discolouration or pigmentation, and pop a pressed powder on top and walk out the door.
The only think you'll need to understand is without setting the concealer with a powder, your concealer will smudge. so just ensure you set it and you're good to go!

Yes but it will be thicker and can easily cake up. Also it needs to match your skin perfectly.

Of course! Thats actually my makeup today (with mascara and burts bees) because not all days call for a full face :) I really like Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer, Maybelline Fit Me Concealer and the Catrice ones (I tried their new camoflauge concealer in a shop yesterday and it looks really good! It reminds me of the dermablend concealers.. Going to pick some up later today :P)

I don't really like the feeling of foundation I feel like my skin is almost suffocating and it tends to look cakey on me
