A drugstore alternative to hoola is N.Y.C. Bronzer in Sunny and can be found at most I believe for about 3 dollars vs. 30 for hoola.

Lol I agree with Asma and Delany. Benefit hoola is gorgeous and it's not bad on your skin. Also bare minerals bronzers I like because they are super light and not shimmery! :)

For a shimmery bronzer, Too Faced Sun Bunny Bronzer. It has two shades, one is light and the other is darker. I mainly use the lighter shade but I'll occasionally use the darker shade.
Right now, I used
chocolate soleil since I'm pale. But once summer starts I'll switch.
Sun bunny looks really natural and pretty when it's blended properly.
