Threading is multiple ouches but waxing is one big ouch... If u have sensitive skin prone to breakouts, or really thin skin threading is better... I personally prefer waxing I have thicker skin and I am oily and I find that the threaders in my area are not consistent in shaping and go way to thin in the shape and I have noticed if they don't pull the hair correctly right from the root the hair is just broken and you end up with hair a few days later

I've had better experience with threading, the lines for me at least always come out more precise but I guess it's all about who does them really. Threading also makes me less red and I don't come out of the salon looking like I have a giant red caterpillar on my face lol

For me threading hurts more and I feel less pain with waxing. Although when I get my eyebrows threaded the hairs don't grow back as fast when they've been waxed.

The first time I went in for threading I literally ran outta there like Jackie Joyner Kersee. I've given birth to three kids, fell asleep getting a tat below my belly button....but the pain from threading had me in tears. I'll put up with waxing before I let thread come anywhere near my face again.lol

@Shelley lmao i heard that. i thread my face every once n awhile so just imagine. i try to get rid of little tiny hairs that are along the edges of my face so my makeup could set better. theyre not visible at all but its there.

I've never had my eyebrows threaded only because where I live the lady who does it is very unsanitary... I love wax!

Definitely waxing as it also leaves your brow bones pink and tender:( I get them threaded;)

I've had both and i personally dont think waxing hurts very much. Its much less painful that threading. The first time it may hurt but once you're used to it it doesn't

Threading is painful but its totally worth it. The shape is much more precise.

Lol...ok so my sister-n-law says lets go get our eyebrows threaded. I say no way. She says I'm paying. Soooo I can't past that deal up. It was so painful and I haven't did it again. This coming from a person with two natural births no pain meds , multiple tattoos, and multiple piercings.

You get better results by threading your brows. Waxing is a bit risky for me. However, threading hurts A LOT.

Threading is better but in my opinion hurts more but I don't know about anyone else but watching them with the thread in their mouth makes me gag

Treading hurts more, but i love the results, it doesnt look like i have drawn on eyebrows like waxing does.

Threading hurts way more. Wax is quick and easy.

Threading hurts more, especially around the upper lip. However, if you are using prescription Retinol like I was, threading causes less irritation. Waxing around my upper lip always causes red bumps.

Hmmm... Threading is a little more painful, but I think it's cleaner & looks nicer :)

I get Brazilian waxes regularly and rip out the hairs under my arm pit and I can safely say having my eyebrows threaded hurt the most!however it is sooo
Worth it and doesn't lay that long! Threading
Is just a bit slower than waxing!

i personally dont think threading hurts much. after the first or second time you'll get used to it and it'll be less annoying than waxing. also, it looks cleaner.

Threading hurts more, but it lasts way longer. With wax you'd probably have to go back within 2 weeks, if we're talking about eyebrows. When I get my eyebrows threaded, it lasts a month. The pain is worth it, and will save money

Threading hurts and takes about twice as long.
