What's a great waterproof pencil liner? Every friggin time I put my eyeliner on it always smudges on my contacts. It totally sucks!

First of all, do you use an eyeshadow primer? I find that the use of one really helps in terms of eyeliner longevity. I've had eyeliner last up to 18 hours with no smudging with a primer.

If you put your contacts in after makeup that could be the problem, so try doing it before makeup. As far as eyeliners go I like L'Oreal Infallible (twist up pencil) or Sephora Twist up Waterproof Pencils and for liquid (just for top lids) I really like Kat Von D or Stila Stay All Day Liquid Pen. Also, after doing your eye makeup, 'set' it by applying powder underneath, this alwayssss helps me:)

Oh I using a primer does help too, like Hannah said. I really like Urban Decay Primer Potion, Too Faced Shadow Insurance, or Milani (good and its drugstore)

Put eyeshadow over your line. it's the only thing that does it for me!
