So I get stubble within 8 hours so I have to shave my legs everyday. Problem is, from my knee and up my thigh, I get really bad razor burn. I've done everything from exfoliating beforehand, shaving in cooler water, moisturizing my legs just everything I could find of the Internet but it still happens. Any suggestions on how to get it to stop?
P.S. I've tried waxing but it just bruised me so not doing that again.

I use this spray that you spray on your legs let sit for three minutes then wash the hair off. It's a shower hair removal from Ulta and works great only $7.
