Anyone have tips for cutting/trimming side bangs at home?

I cut my bangs almost weekly at home. Don't cut them when they are wet! You can't really tell how short you are cutting them until they are dry. Cut your bangs with the scissors pointing up instead of horizontally. It seems to be easier to control what you are cutting that way. Hope this helps!
