What's the best flat iron on the market?

I've been using Chi for years however only because I can't decide on another brand to invest the money into. I will not buy another Chi the last four I've had broke within a year. Right now I'm thinking about getting one by global keratin? Any thoughts or suggestions would be great. Thanks

HAI is thee best! I paid less than $200 and I have had mine for 5 years already and it's still like new :) when I curl my hair with it, the curls last till I wash them out :) I have the model with thin plates.

GHD! it is costly but i think its worth it. i have very thick hair and it works really well. i have the classic 1 inch styler and been using it for 3 yrs. however, i dont use this daily or even that frequently so im not sure how well it holds up for that. i do love that it heats up very fast, adjusts temp according to my hair temp so it never burns my hair.

ive tried the chi and i found it too strong for my hair, making it weaker. it also pulls my hair a lot too. baybliss i like for curling only.
