Just massaging your scalp, at home oil treatments, they may sound expensive but you can find easy DIYS on youtube and they only use like caster oil or olive oil and a few other things, try eliminating all heat! from curlers to blow dryers, and if you can't avoid that, use a good quality heat protectant spray!! Personally, I use a morrocan argon oil in my damp hair, it makes my hair feel light and very healthy and I only wash my hair every three days because everytimee you wash your hair, your stripping your hairs natural oils, which will make your hair very dry, then your hair will realise its dry and produce crazy amounts of oil and make your hair very greasy! so it almost a vicious circle!! just know your hair will only grow 2-3 cm a month anyway, so don't have unrealistic expectations anyway!!
