I love using mac nightmoth lip pencil to create a dark lip and I use mac instigator on too from their punk couture collection but you could also substitute that with mac cyber. Kat Von d vampira is actually stunning I'm waiting tilly local sephora has it back in stock! Lime crime also came out with new velvetines that create awesome matte dark lip combinations So maybe look into those as well I've heard good things!

Ruby Woo, Diva, and Media all by MAC. I also really love using MAC's Nighmoth lipliner on it's own and whenever I wear any of the above MAC colors, I always line with Nightmoth. NYX Matte Lip Cream is really nice. I have the red color.

Wet and wild cherry bomb is the only quote "vampy" lipstick I've ever used and I really loved it! I haven't really tried anything besides that... Well I do have an Estée Lauder deep red with purple hues but I can't remember what it's called.
