Easy and fast hair dos??

Any help!! My hair is somewhat curly/wavy! The only way I keep it tamed is when I put hairspray and mousse in it... (Scrunch it) Which is everyday!! I don't want to put anything in my hair to get rid of my curls!! But I hate to damage my hair more than it is by putting hairspray and mousse in it everyday! Also by washing my hair everyday! Do y'all have any suggestions on quick and easy hair dos?? This is my hair:
