Help choosing my prom dress color.

My first prom dress got messed up so I'm choosing a different dress.
I decided to go with a dress with African print.
I'm taking off the shoulder part and making the top encircle my neck. So basically the back of the dress without the shoulder stuff.

Anyways should I make the red part of the dress a sexy sultry red small pattern and a gold sparkly pattern , OR replace the red with a nice ivory white or pale peach and a gold pattern in the middle?

I think the pale peach and gold would look beautiful together. Prom's not the place to be sexy. :p Really though, I'd go with the peach/gold. It reminds me of the dress I wore to senior prom. c':
