Press ice on it not directly but with a cotton to reduce the redness maybe you ate something and your skin reacted bad so try to exfoliate your skin an eat helthy thing

I've had luck putting a little cortisone cream on to reduce the redness and swelling during the day, and attack it at night with a pimple cream!
